References to the title 'architect' on this site describe the protected profession for comparison only. Marsco Architecture is a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design Class) practice and does not hold or claim registration as an architect under the Architects Act 1963.

When you send an enquiry, please give us accurate information so we can respond properly. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for design work; an engagement begins only when we both agree it in writing. The content on this site, including text, project descriptions, images and the design of the site, belongs to Marsco Architecture or is used with permission. You may view and share it for your own non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or republish it commercially without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
